TERMS & CONDITIONS:

-By selecting your tickets, I hereby agree to comply with the mentioned below categories and all other entry rules. 

-Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders. 

-Ticket is only valid for the day and time of the entry.

-You may not bring food or drinks into The Museum unless it is bought from The Museum canteen. 

-You must follow our rules and follow our instructions in The Museum. 

-No smoking is allowed inside The Museum. This includes the use of cigarettes and e-cigarettes. 

-Physically or verbally abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff or members of our audience is offensive and unacceptable. Any such incidences will be investigated and appropriate action taken.

-If you are attending an segment and someone is acting in an intimidating, aggressive or threatening manner, please speak to any member of staff who can contact the Duty Manager. 

-Cancellation policy: once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless The Museum is informed 24 hours prior to the cancelation. 

Category I: 

“Super Kids Go Free” Children aged 0 - 4 can enter The Museum for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket holder. 

Category II: 

Guests between the ages of 5 - 15 are required to purchase tickets with the price of 10KD.

Category III: 

Guests whose ages are 16 and above are required to purchase tickets with the price of 12KD.

Category III: 

Nannies are required to purchase tickets with the price of 6KD.

Payment Selection Page Rules:

Tickets can only be activated using the QR Code you received. If you do not have your QR Code with you, the tickets will not be issued.
